As political aspirations rise among candidates for leadership in Nigerian politics, the influential political organization in Ebonyi State, Youth O’clock, is considering a proactive strategy to endorse the current Governor, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, to voters statewide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comrade Tony Usulor, the founder of Youth O’clock, shared this insight while discussing matters with 247wisemen.com<\/a> in his Abuja residence yesterday. He explained that the Governor’s notable achievements have motivated the group to be considering joining forces with other significant organizations within the state, which might trigger not only to back Nwifuru’s candidacy but also to encourage active participation among group members in his re-election efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s worth noting that Youth O’clock, a key political pressure group operating in 13 Local Government Areas and all electoral wards, played a vital role in supporting Comrade Tony Usulor’s bid during the recent gubernatorial election in Ebonyi State and they now poised to offer their backing once more to the current governor, Ogbonna Nwifuru in the forthcoming 2027 general election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When discussing a possible partnership between the group and the All Progressives Congress (APC) to further the current governor Nwifuru’s objectives, the former NRM gubernatorial candidate suggested that they are going to collaborate with the ruling party because of the democratic advancement and youth empowerment seen under the current administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Youth O’clock remains the dominant political pressure group in the political arena of Ebonyi State, played vital role in his 2023 governorship election in Ebonyi state. Since the latest general elections. Since the last general election, we’ve opted to remain  independent and monitor political happenings without aligning with any parties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Several political parties have reached out for our collaboration, but we have been assessing all options and are now looking to partner specifically with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) due to its focus on grassroots governance, which aligns well with the Youth O’clock manifesto..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I am confident that through our ongoing dialogue and meetings of Youth O’clock leaders across all 13 Local Government Areas and electoral wards statewide\u2014where we are considering endorsing and promoting the achievements of the current administration in Ebonyi State\u2014I believe other political parties will dwindle in significance, clearing the path for Governor Francis Ogbonnaya Nwifuru’s re-election bid,” stated Comrade Tony Usulor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
